Order Processing and Shipment:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

We understand that sometimes things might not go as planned, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Tallow Me Pretty offers a 30-day return window from the date of your purchase.

What if my product is arrives defective?

If, by any chance, there's an issue with your order, or if the product is defective or damaged, we want to make it right! In such cases:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs, ensuring the process is hassle-free for you.
  • Reach out to our customer service team at info@tallowmepretty.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll guide you through the return process.

Change of Heart? No Worries – Here's What You Need to Know: 

If, however, you've had a change of heart or have decided that a product isn't the right fit for you:

  • You're responsible for the return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

A Friendly Reminder: Please Don't Send Us Empty Jars 

If you've decided to return a product, please ensure it's in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns of empty jars. We're all about our tallow, not empty containers.

Consistency Note: Embracing Nature's Ways 

Due to the nature of our product, extreme environmental temperatures may affect its consistency. Rest assured, this won't alter the quality of the product. If this happens, simply return the product to room temperature, and the magic will resume. 

How to Initiate a Return: Simple Steps for Your Convenience

  2. Follow Our Guidance: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  3. Pack It Up: Pack the product securely, ensuring it's in its original condition.

  4. Send It Back: Ship the package to the address provided by our team.

Refunds and Exchanges: Putting the Cherry on Top 

Once we receive your returned item:

  • If it's a case of our fault or a defective product, we'll initiate a refund or send you a replacement – your choice.

  • If it's a return due to a change of mind, we'll issue a refund minus the return shipping costs.

Tallow Me Pretty was founded by two Michigan mommas, Lauren & Danielle, who stumbled across tallow in a desperate search for "anything" that would help their kids' eczema patches. With a combined experience of 27 years in the skincare industry and a deep passion for clean ingredients, they felt compelled to share the benefits of tallow with the world.

It has been benefiting their families with everything from, eczema, psoriasis, athlete's foot, acne, diaper rash, cradle cap, and even bug bites! We can't wait to hear how it helps yours!
