Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

Please check with household members or neighbors

Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan, and we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@tallowmepretty.com within 7 days of delivery with:

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Temperature Sensitivity Notice
Our products are made with natural ingredients, including grass-fed tallow.
Due to temperature fluctuations during transit:

Products may soften, harden, or change texture

This does not affect product quality, safety, or efficacy
Allow the product to return to room temperature before use. Texture changes alone are not considered product defects.
Shipping & the 365-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
Our 365-Day Risk-Free Guarantee applies to product satisfaction — not shipping delays, carrier issues, or address errors.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of:
