We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident trying Tallow Me Pretty.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 90 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.


Standard Returns

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for unopened, unused items.

To be eligible:

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


90-Day Try-It Guarantee (Opened / Used Products)

We understand skincare is personal.

If a product does not work for you, you may request a one-time refund per product type within 90 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened or lightly used.

Please note:

  • This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only per product

  • Excessive use or fully depleted products may not qualify

  • We may request photos or brief feedback to process the claim

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

This guarantee is designed to allow genuine trial, not prolonged or repeated use.


Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@tallowmepretty.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition products

  • Products showing signs of misuse, alteration, or contamination


Allergies & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our products are made with natural ingredients, including grass-fed beef tallow and essential oils.

Individual reactions can vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 10 business days for processing

  • Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post funds


Policy Abuse & Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we detect:

  • Excessive or repeated refund requests

  • Abuse of the 90-day guarantee

  • Activity inconsistent with personal use
