Subscription & Pre-Order Policy

Effective January 2026

Some products offered by Tallow Me Pretty may be available through subscriptions or pre-orders.Β This policy explains how these purchases work and how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive automatic recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Billing & Renewals

  • Your payment information is stored securely

  • You will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless prepaid

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date.

To manage your subscription:

Once an order has processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.


Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is not yet in inventory or is scheduled for a future release.

Payment Terms

  • We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout

  • Your payment method may be stored and charged when the item is ready to ship

Cancellations

  • Pre-orders may be canceled any time before fulfillment

  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled

If your pre-order has shipped, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
